You will be hands on, not afraid to get the job that you have been planning done yourself. The role combines senior skills as stakeholder management and alignment of sponsorships to company plans with a “can do” attitude of you implementing said tasks with the help of colleagues not reporting to you.

  • IFS believes in telling authentic stories around brand partnerships. Unearthing ways to tell this and driving it in both dedicated campaigns and integrating into existing campaigns (industry, product etc) is crucial to bring the partnerships to life.
  • Content production and execution through digital channels inc social and website content in collaboration with the social and web team
  • Activate selected hospitality in person
  • Entering all business activities in CRM, making sure that it is tagged correctly and showing up in relevant reports
  • Collaborate with regional marketing to activate hospitality

  • Create and maintain sponsorship strategy for both the global and regional functions, including long-term goals and short-term tactics
  • Maintain a dashboard of upcoming sponsorship activations for internal stakeholders
  • Continuously monitor impact from sponsorship on lead generation and brand awareness through CRM and other sources
  • Build strong relationships with local sales managers, making them aware of the sponsorships we have signed and how they can leverage them
  • Act as a role model for the brand team.

  • General knowledge in sports marketing across a number of fields and promoting both brand awareness and demand gen goals
  • Specific knowledge and proven impact from football sponsorships, client- or team side.
  • Proven history in working with rights owners, media companies, partners and internally within the organization to activate partnerships effectively.
  • Proven history in working with senior stakeholders at prospects, customers and IFS partners who would be targets for activations.
  • Proven history in personally creating content and implementation by utilizing existing resources and channels.

We embrace flexibility and hybrid work opportunities to support diverse needs and lifestyles, while also valuing inclusive workplace experiences.
