Job Description
COMPETENCIES: The incumbent must maintain their clinical license, as applicable; it is the responsibility of the incumbent to fulfill the obligation(s) of their licensing or certifying body to maintain status. This position may be required to perform clinical activities within the scope of clinical license in times of critical needs within the agency. Maintains clinical professional skills via continuing education opportunities and aids in Temporary Duty (TDY) support as needed. Military bearing and business acumen. Organizational skills. Time management skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Customer service skills. Active listening skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong problem solving, judgment and decision-making skills. Integrity and honesty Cultural competency PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Sitting and/or standing for extended periods of time (6-8 hours). Must be able to lift and carry materials weighing over 15 pounds. Performing repeated bending motion. Average manual dexterity for computer operation. Phone use for extended periods of time.
