Job Description

To qualify for this position, ALL applicants MUST meet the following criteria: (1) have a JD Degree from an accredited law school; and (2) be admitted to practice before the bar of any U.S. jurisdiction or within the District of Columbia and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico; and (3) be an active member of that bar; and (4) at least one full year of specialized experience in the work performed at the next lower grade level (FV-J/K or GS-14/15) for this occupational series. The specialized experience for this position is defined as: Experience leading and executing plans, programs, policies, or projects in a professional or legal environment; and Experience providing legal advice and assistance on complex fiscal matters (i.e., agency contracts, leases, grants, and agreements, including matters relating to procurement, real estate, intellectual property, construction, or other fiscal law related matters. Answer all questions to the best of your ability. DO NOT ASSUME THAT BECAUSE YOU HOLD, OR HAVE HELD THIS POSITION, YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE FOUND ELIGIBLE.
