Qualifying experience may be obtained in the private or public sector. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: All applicants must submit a resume that addresses each minimum qualification experience. Leadership Experience: Experience leading and coordinating projects, including establishing expectations, reviewing work products/services, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and feedback to team members; AND Technical Experience: Experience in the administration of a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Privacy Act (PA) program and in the development of a federal agency, corporation, or organization's regulations, policies, and procedures regarding compliance with the FOIA and the PA. Basic Qualification: Active license to practice before the highest court of a state, territory, commonwealth, or the District of Columbia and in good standing.
