Supervisory Legal Administrative Specialist

GS-13 Minimum Qualifications Requirement- To be eligible at the GS-13 level, you must meet the specialized experience requirement defined below: Specialized Experience: You must have one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as: experience supervising a legal support staff; identifying employee training needs; evaluating employee performance; assigning work projects and establishing deadlines; providing paralegal support to a professional attorney staff; providing administrative and technical services with litigation support, eDiscovery services, and complex data management. Career Transition Assistance Plan (CTAP)-The CTAP provides eligible surplus and displaced competitive service employees in the Department of Justice with selection priority over other candidates for competitive service vacancies.
