Job Description

Airtel Kenya is hiring a regulatory lawyer to manage compliance with Communications Authority of Kenya (CA) regulations, spectrum licensing, and interconnection agreements. Support Airtel's growth strategy in Kenya's competitive telecom market.

Responsibilities

Handle CA licensing and compliance matters. Negotiate interconnection and infrastructure sharing agreements. Advise on spectrum allocation and numbering resources. Monitor regulatory developments and advise on their business impact.

Requirements

LLB degree. 3-5 years in telecom regulatory law or ICT policy. Knowledge of the Kenya Information and Communications Act. Experience with CA licensing procedures.
