Job Description
CFL Advocates seeks a Trade Mark Agent to manage its IP portfolio administration. Handle trademark filings, renewals, and oppositions at KIPI for local and international clients seeking brand protection in Kenya and the EAC.
Responsibilities
File trademark applications and manage registration timelines. Handle trademark oppositions and cancellation proceedings. Process patent and industrial design filings. Maintain IP portfolio databases for international clients.
Requirements
LLB degree or IP qualification. 1-3 years experience in IP administration. KIPI registration or eligibility. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
