We are headquartered in Seattle, WA The Job   We’re seeking an experienced, business-minded attorney for our in-house counsel. In this role, you’ll handle a broad spectrum of legal matters across the organization, including commercial transactions, business development, corporate law, insurance, and stock plan administration. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to diverse legal challenges while contributing to strategic initiatives as we scale.   Reporting to the CEO and as a key advisor to the executive team, you’ll contribute to strategic decision-making and ensure legal alignment with business objectives, helping Omnidian scale effectively and sustainably.   If you’re confident, creative, and thrive in ambiguity, with a bias toward action and innovative solutions, we’d love to hear from you!
