Job Description

KWS seeks a lawyer to handle wildlife crime prosecution support, conservation easements, and community wildlife conservancy agreements. Play a key role in protecting Kenya's iconic wildlife heritage through legal frameworks.

Responsibilities

Support prosecution of wildlife crime cases. Draft community conservancy agreements and management plans. Advise on CITES compliance and trophy regulations. Handle land use disputes affecting wildlife corridors.

Requirements

LLB degree. 2+ years experience. Interest in wildlife law and conservation. Knowledge of the Wildlife Conservation and Management Act 2013. Willingness to travel to national parks.

KSh150,000 - KSh280,000/month
