Job Description
To qualify for the position of Workforce Liaison, at GS-0301-12/13, you must meet the qualification requirements listed below. There may also be a positive education requirement for some occupations, please see the Education section for details. If there are licensing or certification requirements, please see the Required Documents section for details on how to verify you license or certificate. For the GS-12: Specialized Experience: For the GS-12, you must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which demonstrates serving as a liaison providing human resources and administrative services (i.e., personnel, position classification, or security investigations). For the GS-13: Specialized Experience: For the GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service which demonstrates providing human resources and administrative services for the component management such as special projects, advisory services, or guidance and interpretation of Federal or agency policies. You MUST meet all qualification requirements, including time-in-grade, by 04/01/2026 of this announcement.
