My practical experience is currently being shaped by a rigorous Assessment Internship with Vidhigya Associates, where I have spent the past four months as part of their Capital Markets team. During this tenure, I have gained hands-on experience of equity issuance, including:


Drafting: Drafting "Management", "History and certain corporate matters", "General Information" "Restriction on Foreign Ownership", "Outstanding Litigation", and "Government Approval" chapters for Draft Red Herring Prospectuses. Additionally, I drafted 4 draft abridged prospectus pursuant to the latest amendment.


Due Diligence: Conducting CIBIL and Watchout searches for Promoters and KMPs, and managing litigation searches for IPO and QIP transactions. Additionally, I updated the MIS and requisition trackers, prepared a deal bible and assisted in due diligence pertaining to "Capital structure" and "Risk Chapter".


Regulatory Research: Prepared amendment tracker of ICDR and a note on amendment pertaining to QIP.

To complement this practical work, I am currently enrolled in a year-long Master Workshop on Capital Market & Corporate Law conducted by Mr. Narayan Kedia (Lex Familia). This intensive course has provided me with a granular understanding of the practice, beyond the standard curriculum, which I am eager to apply at your firm. Additionally, I also have an understanding of how an QIP transaction takes place, the process and corresponding substantive law.

My background also includes internships at firms such as Khaitan & Co., Wadia Ghandy & Co., and SAMVAD Partners , where I sharpened my skills in reviewing Facility Agreements, researching FEMA and IFSCA compliance for AIFs, and preparing ESOP compliance checklists.

I am confident that my specialized focus on Capital Markets, combined with my proactive approach to learning, makes me a strong candidate for your A0 Associate intake.
