With more than seven years of experience, I am a Baghdad-based legal professional specializing in contract management, regulatory compliance, and corporate legal advising in some of the most challenging environments in Iraq. My work with UNAMI, MSI, and Tetra Tech enabled me to draft and review commercial agreements, gain insight into the Iraqi regulatory framework, and liaise with government officials of all tiers. While I am a registered member of the Iraqi Bar Association, I possess the formal qualifications and practical experience to manage complex legal issues with the highest level of skill and confidentiality.
