Kromann Reumert in Nordhavn, Copenhagen, is recruiting advokatfuldmægtige for its market-leading Intellectual Property and Technology practice. Denmark's thriving tech ecosystem and life sciences sector make this an exciting practice area for trainee lawyers.

During your three-year advokatfuldmægtig period, you will gain hands-on experience with patent litigation, trademark disputes, technology licensing, and GDPR/data protection advisory under the guidance of senior advokater.

What You Will Do

• Assist with patent and trademark litigation before the Sø- og Handelsretten and the UPC
• Research IP law issues and draft legal memoranda
• Assist with technology licensing and SaaS agreement review
• Support GDPR/Databeskyttelsesloven compliance projects
• Draft client advisories on IP and technology legal developments

• Support the IP/tech team on litigation and advisory matters
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda
• Attend court hearings and client meetings
• Complete the Advokatuddannelsen bar programme
• Participate in firm training and knowledge management

• Cand.jur. from a Danish university with strong academic record
• Interest in IP, technology, or data protection law
• Fluent in Danish and English
• Eligible for registration as advokatfuldmægtig with the Advokatsamfundet
• Previous studentermedhjælp experience is an advantage
• Scientific or technical background is a plus
