Banking and Finance Law Internship
Saudi National Bank (SNB) is offering a paid legal internship in our Legal Division in Riyadh. This internship focuses on banking law, regulatory compliance, and Islamic finance.
Internship Overview
This 12-week internship provides law students and recent graduates with exposure to in-house legal work at the largest bank in Saudi Arabia. You will rotate across different legal teams including banking operations, compliance, corporate governance, and Islamic finance structuring.
Duration and Compensation
- Duration: 12 weeks
- Compensation: SAR 6,000/month (paid)
- Location: SNB headquarters, Riyadh
What You Will Do
- Review banking contracts, facility agreements, and security documents
- Assist with AML/KYC compliance reviews
- Research SAMA regulations and banking law developments
- Observe Islamic finance product structuring sessions with the Shari'a Board
- Support the corporate governance team during board meetings and AGM preparation

Requirements
- LLB student in final year or recent LLB graduate from a recognized university
- Saudi national preferred (Saudization requirement)
- Interest in banking law, Islamic finance, or regulatory compliance
- Strong academic record
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Must be available for the full 12-week duration
