Interns will assist with drafting loan documentation, conducting research on Bank of Thailand regulations, reviewing security packages, and supporting deal closings for major financing transactions. This is a unique opportunity to gain international law firm experience in one of Bangkok's most active banking and finance practices.

Currently enrolled in an LL.B. or LL.M. program at a recognized Thai or international university. Interest in banking and finance law. Basic understanding of contract law and the Thai Civil and Commercial Code. Fluent in Thai and English with excellent writing skills. Available for a minimum 2-month internship. Strong academic credentials required.
