Banking Law Staj Intern — Moral & Partners, Istanbul
Moral & Partners is offering staj positions in its market-leading banking and finance practice. Staj interns work directly with senior associates on loan transactions, NPL portfolio sales, and banking regulatory matters, gaining practical experience in one of Turkey's most active banking law practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with drafting and reviewing loan agreements, security documents, and intercreditor agreements
- Research Turkish Banking Law No. 5411 and BRSA regulatory requirements
- Help prepare closing checklists and transaction documentation for banking deals
- Assist with NPL portfolio due diligence and transaction structuring
- Monitor BRSA communiques and banking regulatory developments
- Attend team meetings and gain exposure to client interactions under supervision

Requirements
- LLB from a recognized Turkish law faculty
- Registered for staj with the Istanbul Bar Association
- Interest in banking, finance, and capital markets law
- Good academic record; coursework in banking law or commercial law is advantageous
- Fluent Turkish and strong English
- Available for a minimum 6-month staj rotation
