Chambering Student — Lee Hishammuddin Allen & Gledhill
Lee Hishammuddin Allen & Gledhill is accepting applications for the 9-month chambering programme at its Kuala Lumpur office. What You Will Do
- Complete the 9-month mandatory chambering period under a designated pupil master
- Gain hands-on experience in construction disputes, CIPAA adjudication, and AIAC arbitration proceedings
- Rotate through practice areas including litigation, corporate, real estate, and employment law
- Assist in preparing court documents, trial bundles, and written submissions
- Attend court hearings and arbitration sessions with senior Advocates and Solicitors
- Complete the Malaysian Bar Council's chambering programme requirements and workshops

Requirements
- Holder of Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) or equivalent qualifying certificate
- LL.B. from a recognised university with strong academic credentials
- Interest in dispute resolution, construction law, or commercial litigation
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills in English
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia
- Malaysian citizen or permanent resident
- Available for the full 9-month chambering period
