Corporate Law Internship — Kelvin Chia Partnership Myanmar

Kelvin Chia Partnership Myanmar offers a paid 3-month corporate law internship at our Sule Pagoda Road office in Yangon. This internship is designed for law students from University of Yangon, Dagon University, or other recognized Myanmar law schools who want hands-on experience in an international law firm environment.

Interns will assist with legal research, document review, DICA filings, and attend client meetings alongside senior associates. This is a paid internship at MMK 300,000 per month with mentoring by experienced Advocates.

Internship Details

• Duration: 3 months (extendable based on performance)

• Conduct legal research on Myanmar corporate law and regulations
• Assist with document review and due diligence projects
• Support DICA filing preparation and company incorporations
• Attend client meetings and take notes
• Assist with drafting routine legal correspondence
• Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions and training

• Currently enrolled in LL.B. program at a recognized Myanmar university
• Minimum 3rd year law student
• Strong academic record
• Interest in corporate and commercial law
• Good Myanmar and English language skills
• Professional demeanor and willingness to learn
