Internship Description

Žurić i Partneri / Kinstellar is offering a Corporate Law Internship for law students eager to gain experience in M&A transactions, corporate governance, and cross-border deal execution within a leading CEE-focused law firm.

Responsibilities

Support due diligence reviews by organising and summarising documents. Assist with drafting corporate resolutions and board minutes. Research Croatian company law and EU corporate governance standards. Help prepare transaction closing checklists and binders. Attend internal workshops and professional development sessions.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Croatian law programme (3rd year or above). Interest in corporate and transactional law. Good academic standing. Proficiency in Croatian and English. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
