Internship Description

Lee and Li offers a Corporate Law Summer Internship for law students interested in Taiwan's corporate and M&A practice. Interns will gain hands-on experience in transaction support, legal research, and drafting under the supervision of senior attorneys.

Responsibilities

Conduct legal research on corporate law issues and draft research memoranda; assist with due diligence document review for M&A transactions; prepare draft corporate documents including board resolutions and shareholder agreements; attend client meetings and internal practice group sessions; support attorneys with regulatory filing preparation.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in LL.B. or LL.M. program at an accredited university; strong academic record with coursework in corporate law or commercial law; basic understanding of Taiwan Company Act; good Mandarin and English written and oral communication skills; attention to detail and willingness to learn.
