EU & Regulatory Law Pupillage — Elias Neocleous & Co LLC, Limassol

Elias Neocleous & Co LLC is offering a Pupillage in its EU & Regulatory Law department in Limassol. You will gain exposure to EU competition law, state aid, regulatory compliance, and fintech regulation while training at Cyprus's largest law firm.

This pupillage provides a unique combination of EU regulatory work, exposure to major institutional clients, and training from some of the island's most experienced EU lawyers.

• Conduct research on EU competition law, state aid rules, and Cyprus's obligations under EU directives
• Assist with preparation of merger control notifications to the CPC
• Draft compliance checklists and dawn raid guidance documents for corporate clients
• Research MiCA and EU digital finance regulations for the fintech practice group
• Attend Administrative Court hearings on competition and regulatory appeals
• Prepare regulatory updates and briefing notes for clients on EU legislative developments

• LLB from a recognised university; modules in EU law or competition law are preferred
• Eligible to register as an Ασκούμενος with the Cyprus Bar Association
• Strong interest in EU law, competition law, and regulatory affairs
• Knowledge of EU Treaty provisions (TFEU) and the EU institutional framework
• Fluent Greek and English; additional EU languages are a plus
• Excellent research and analytical skills
