Internship — Corporate Law

DGKV is offering a Corporate Law Internship for law students and recent graduates interested in gaining practical experience at one of Bulgaria's top law firms. Interns will assist the corporate team with transaction support, legal research, and document preparation, gaining valuable exposure to M&A deals and corporate governance matters in a fast-paced professional environment.

Assisting lawyers with legal research on corporate law issues and regulatory requirements; Supporting due diligence processes by reviewing and organizing documents; Preparing corporate filings and applications for the Commercial Register; Drafting memos and summaries on legal topics assigned by supervising attorneys; Assisting with translation and review of transaction documents; Attending internal training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops; Participating in team meetings and client calls as an observer.

Currently enrolled in years III-V of a Law degree at a Bulgarian university or recent graduate (within 12 months); Strong academic record with minimum grade of 5.00/6.00; Basic knowledge of the Commerce Act and Obligations and Contracts Act; Interest in corporate and transactional law; Proficient in English (written and spoken); Strong research and analytical skills; Available for minimum 20 hours per week for at least 3 months.
