Harneys Cyprus is offering a Pupillage in its Investment Funds practice in Limassol. You will assist with CIF licence applications, fund structuring, and CySEC regulatory compliance while completing your 12-month mandatory training. This is an exceptional opportunity to train in financial services regulation at a globally recognised offshore law firm.

• Assist with preparation of CIF licence applications and AIFM authorisation submissions to CySEC
• Draft fund documentation under supervision including offering memoranda and subscription agreements
• Conduct research on CySEC circulars, MiFID II delegated regulations, and AIFMD requirements
• Assist with ongoing compliance reviews and regulatory filing preparation
• Prepare checklists and templates for CySEC reporting obligations
• Research developments in MiCA, DLT Pilot Regime, and DORA for the fintech client base

• LLB from a recognised university; LLM in Financial or Securities Law is an advantage
• Eligible to register as an Ασκούμενος with the Cyprus Bar Association
• Interest in investment funds, securities regulation, and CySEC compliance
• Understanding of the AIFMD, UCITS, and MiFID II regulatory frameworks
• Fluent English; Greek is an advantage
• Strong drafting and document management skills
