Internship Description
Legal Intern — Central Bank Operations at Bank of Uganda
The Bank of Uganda offers a structured internship program for law students and LDC graduates to gain experience in central banking legal practice. Interns support the Legal Department on banking regulation, contract review, and policy advisory work.
Program Details
- Duration: 3 months
- Monthly stipend provided (government rates)

Responsibilities
- Support the Legal Department in research on banking regulations
- Assist in reviewing contracts and service agreements
- Conduct legal research on financial sector legislation

Requirements
- Final year LLB student or LDC graduate
- Strong academic record
- Interest in financial regulation and banking law
