Internship Description
Intesa Sanpaolo offers a paid 6-month internship in its Legal Division — Banking & Lending at Piazza San Carlo 156 in Turin. You will learn the fundamentals of Italian banking law, loan documentation, and consumer lending regulation within Italy's largest banking group.
What You Will Do
- Review and standardise loan agreement templates under TUB requirements
- Research consumer protection case law from ABF and Tribunale decisions
- Assist with mortgage documentation and real estate security opinions
- Support the legal team during Banca d'Italia inspections and audits
Programme Details
- Duration: 6 months
- Compensation: Paid — EUR 900/month + canteen
- Start Date: Rolling (quarterly intakes)
- Eligibility: 4th/5th year law students or recent Laurea Magistrale graduates
Requirements
- Enrolled in or completed Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza
- Interest in banking law and financial regulation
- Good analytical and research skills
- English B2+; Italian native
