Legal Intern - Corporate & M&A

Ellex Valiunas is offering a legal internship in our Corporate & M&A practice in Vilnius. This is an outstanding opportunity for a law student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience at one of the Baltic region's most prestigious law firms.

You will assist lawyers on live M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, and commercial matters, gaining practical experience with the Civilinis kodeksas and Akciniu bendroviu istatymas. Ellex Valiunas is consistently ranked Tier 1 by Chambers Europe and offers a clear path to a full-time associate position.

Assist with legal due diligence on M&A transactions, including document review and analysis. Draft basic corporate documents, board resolutions, and memoranda under lawyer supervision. Conduct legal research on Lithuanian corporate law and EU directives. Attend client meetings and internal training sessions to develop practical skills. Support the team with Juridniu asmenu registras filings and corporate housekeeping.

Currently enrolled in a Teises magistras program or recent law graduate from a recognized Lithuanian university. Strong academic record with coursework in corporate or commercial law. Knowledge of the Civilinis kodeksas and Lithuanian company law. Strong research and writing skills in Lithuanian and English. Ability to commit to a minimum 3-month internship.
