Internship Description
3-month legal internship in our busy Dispute Resolution department. Gain practical experience in commercial litigation, arbitration proceedings, and judicial review matters. Ideal for LLB graduates preparing for or currently enrolled in KSL ATP.
Responsibilities
Conduct legal research on Kenyan case law and statutes. Assist in drafting pleadings, submissions, and opinions. Observe court and arbitration proceedings. Maintain case files and trial bundles.
Requirements
Recent LLB graduate from a recognized Kenyan university. Strong academic record. Interest in dispute resolution and litigation. Good research and writing skills.
