About the Internship
Hassan Radhi & Associates, one of Bahrain's most established law firms, is offering a paid legal internship in its Litigation and Dispute Resolution department. This 4-month programme gives law students and recent graduates direct exposure to courtroom advocacy, case preparation, and client advisory work across Bahrain's civil and commercial courts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior advocates in preparing court submissions, pleadings, and legal memoranda for cases before Bahrain's courts
- Conduct legal research on Bahraini legislation, GCC commercial law, and relevant case precedents
- Draft correspondence with clients, opposing counsel, and judicial authorities
- Attend court hearings and arbitration sessions alongside supervising lawyers
- Maintain case files and assist with document management for ongoing matters
- Support the team in preparing case summaries and strategy briefings
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited LLB or LLM programme
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
- Interest in litigation, arbitration, or dispute resolution practice
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
