Litigation Internship — Cabinet Ksentini Avocats, Algiers

Cabinet Ksentini Avocats offers a litigation internship (stage) for law students preparing for the CAPA exam or completing their university practical training. This is an immersive experience in one of Algiers' most active litigation practices.

Internship Program

  • Shadow senior avocats in court hearings across Algiers' tribunals and cour d'appel
  • Draft legal briefs (mémoires), conclusions, and motions under attorney supervision
  • Conduct legal research on case law, statutory interpretation, and procedural questions
  • Manage case files and assist with client intake interviews
  • Attend mediation sessions and observe arbitration proceedings

Internship Details

  • Duration: 6 months (aligned with CAPA requirements)
  • Type: Unpaid stage (as per Algerian bar regulations for CAPA candidates); small monthly transportation allowance provided
