Litigation Internship - Commercial Courts
The Law Office of Mohanned S. Al-Rasheed is offering a paid litigation internship in our Riyadh office. This internship provides direct exposure to Saudi commercial litigation and court proceedings.
Internship Overview
This 8-week internship is designed for Saudi law students who want to pursue a career in litigation. You will observe court hearings at the Commercial Courts and Board of Grievances, assist with case preparation, and learn the fundamentals of Saudi dispute resolution practice.
Duration and Compensation
- Duration: 8 weeks
- Compensation: SAR 4,000/month (paid)
- Location: Riyadh office with court visits
What You Will Do
- Attend hearings at the Commercial Courts and Board of Grievances
- Assist with drafting pleadings and legal memoranda in Arabic
- Learn to navigate the Najiz electronic litigation platform
- Conduct legal research on Saudi judicial precedents
- Shadow senior litigators in client consultations

Requirements
- Saudi national (required for court access)
- Currently enrolled in LLB program at a Saudi university (King Saud, Umm Al-Qura, Imam Muhammad ibn Saud, or equivalent)
- 3rd or 4th year students preferred
- Strong Arabic writing skills
- Interest in litigation and advocacy
- Available for full-time commitment during internship period
