Litigation Internship — Hadef & Partners
Hadef & Partners invites law students and recent graduates to apply for a 2-month paid litigation internship at our Downtown Dubai office. Gain practical dispute resolution experience across the UAE court system.
Programme Details
- Duration: 2 months (rolling intake, positions available throughout 2026)
- Compensation: AED 3,000/month stipend
- Status: Paid internship with full-time hours
What You Will Do
- Attend hearings at Dubai Courts, DIFC Courts, and arbitration centres alongside senior advocates
- Draft summaries of court decisions and assist with legal research in Arabic and English
- Prepare hearing bundles and court filing documents
- Research procedural requirements under UAE Civil Procedure Law
- Assist with document review and chronology preparation for active cases
Learning Outcomes
This internship offers rare exposure to the practical workings of UAE litigation, including court etiquette, pleading strategies, and evidence presentation. Interns work directly with experienced advocates holding rights of audience before all UAE courts.

Requirements
- Enrolled in an LLB or law programme at a UAE or international university, or recent graduate
- Strong interest in litigation and dispute resolution
- Arabic language skills required for court observation
- Familiarity with UAE legal system and court structure is advantageous
- Available for full-time commitment during the internship period
- Students from UAE University Faculty of Law and University of Sharjah College of Law are encouraged to apply
