Internship Details

• Duration: 2-3 months
• Compensation: Paid internship with monthly stipend
• Schedule: Full-time; may include court appearance attendance

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda for cases before the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, and Regional Trial Courts
• Conduct legal research on Philippine jurisprudence, constitutional law, and procedural rules
• Observe court hearings, oral arguments, and mediation proceedings
• Help prepare trial materials, exhibits, and witness summaries
• Assist in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) proceedings and arbitration case preparation
• Attend firm seminars and case study discussions led by senior partners

• Currently enrolled in a J.D. or LL.B. program at a recognized Philippine law school (3rd or 4th year preferred)
• Strong interest in litigation, constitutional law, or dispute resolution
• Excellent legal writing and oral communication skills in English and Filipino
• Moot court experience or legal aid clinic participation is highly valued
• Must be able to commit to at least 2 months full-time
• Strong academic standing
