Naciri & Associés, in association with A&O Shearman, offers a 6-month Stage in its Capital Markets practice at the Twin Center on Boulevard Zerktouni in Casablanca. This is one of the most sought-after legal internships in Morocco, providing exposure to IPOs, bond issuances, and securities regulatory matters at a Magic Circle-affiliated firm.

What You'll Gain

Stage Details

• Duration: 6 months
• Type: Paid Stage with monthly stipend of 4,500 MAD
• Location: Twin Center, Boulevard Zerktouni, Casablanca
• Eligibility: Master 2 students in Business Law or Capital Markets Law

• Assist with prospectus drafting and AMMC regulatory filings
• Research securities regulation questions and prepare legal memoranda
• Support due diligence on capital markets transactions
• Attend AMMC review meetings with senior associates
• Draft corporate governance documentation for listed companies
• Participate in A&O Shearman global training and development programmes

• Master 2 student in Business Law, Capital Markets Law, or Financial Regulation
• Strong academic record from a leading Moroccan or French university
• Interest in securities regulation, IPOs, and capital markets transactions
• Knowledge of AMMC regulations is an advantage
• Excellent French; English proficiency required; Arabic valued
