Abogado Senior — Litigación y Arbitraje

Pérez-Llorca is seeking an Abogado Senior for its acclaimed Litigación y Arbitraje practice at Paseo de la Castellana 50 in Madrid. You will handle high-stakes commercial disputes, international arbitrations, and regulatory enforcement proceedings before Spain's most important courts — the Tribunal Supremo, Audiencia Nacional, and Juzgados de lo Mercantil de Madrid — as well as ICC and ICSID tribunals.

Responsabilidades Principales

• Lead complex commercial litigation before the Juzgados de lo Mercantil, Audiencia Provincial de Madrid, and Tribunal Supremo (Sala de lo Civil)
• Manage international commercial arbitrations under ICC, ICSID, and UNCITRAL rules at the Corte de Arbitraje de Madrid (CAM)
• Represent clients in regulatory enforcement proceedings before the Audiencia Nacional
• Draft demandas, contestaciones, and recursos de casación under the Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil
• Coordinate with forensic experts and manage document-intensive disputes

Requisitos

• Licenciado/Graduado en Derecho from a top Spanish university
• Colegiado at ICAM; 6-10 years PQE in litigation and/or arbitration
• Proven track record before Tribunal Supremo and Audiencia Nacional
• Experience with international arbitration (ICC/ICSID)
• Excellent English; French advantageous for ICC arbitrations
