Advocaat – Intellectual Property & Technology at Houthoff
Houthoff is looking for a talented Advocaat with expertise in intellectual property and technology law to join our growing IP/Tech practice in Amsterdam.
About the Role
You will advise clients on patent litigation, trademark disputes, trade secrets, software licensing, data protection (GDPR), and technology transactions. The role involves proceedings before the District Court of The Hague (specialised IP court) and coordinating pan-European IP strategies.
Requirements
- Meester in de rechten with a focus on IP, IT, or data protection law
- Admitted to the Orde van Advocaten
- 3-6 years of experience in IP/technology law
- Experience with UPC (Unified Patent Court) proceedings is highly valued
- Knowledge of GDPR and Dutch data protection legislation (UAVG)
- Fluent in Dutch and English
