Advogado — Proteção de Dados e Compliance

Galp Energia is looking for an Advogado to join its Compliance and Data Protection team at its Porto operations centre in the Boavista district. You will advise on RGPD implementation, anti-corruption compliance, and corporate governance matters across Galp's global operations, working closely with the Data Protection Officer and the Compliance Committee.

Principais Responsabilidades

• Advise on RGPD (Portuguese GDPR) compliance, including DPIAs, data subject rights, and international data transfers under the adequacy framework
• Support compliance with Portugal's data protection legislation (Lei n.º 58/2019) and CNPD (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados) guidance
• Draft and review privacy policies, cookie policies, and data processing agreements for Galp's digital products
• Advise on anti-corruption and anti-bribery compliance under Lei n.º 20/2008 and international frameworks (FCPA, UK Bribery Act)
• Support internal investigations and whistleblower channel management under Lei n.º 93/2021 (Whistleblower Protection)

Requisitos

• Licenciatura or Mestrado em Direito; CIPP/E or similar data protection certification valued
• Inscrito na Ordem dos Advogados; 2-5 years PQE in data protection, compliance, or regulatory law
• Strong knowledge of RGPD and Portuguese data protection framework
• Fluent English required; Spanish or French a plus
