Consultor Jurídico Sénior — Contratos de Energia

Galp Energia is seeking a Consultor Jurídico Sénior to join its Legal Department at Rua Tomás da Fonseca in Lisbon's Parque das Nações. You will lead legal work on upstream and downstream energy contracts, renewable energy joint ventures, and green hydrogen projects, supporting Galp's strategic transformation from an integrated oil company to a diversified energy leader.

Principais Responsabilidades

• Draft and negotiate upstream oil and gas contracts: concession agreements, production sharing contracts, and joint operating agreements under Portuguese and international frameworks
• Lead legal work on renewable energy projects: solar PPAs, wind farm development agreements, and green hydrogen electrolyser contracts
• Advise on energy regulation before ERSE and DGEG, including licensing and tariff matters
• Manage external counsel relationships across Galp's international operations (Mozambique, Brazil, Namibia)
• Support M&A transactions for energy asset acquisitions and disposals

Requisitos

• Licenciatura or Mestrado em Direito; energy or international business law specialisation preferred
• Inscrito na Ordem dos Advogados; 6-9 years PQE in energy, project finance, or corporate law
• Experience with international energy contracts and joint ventures
• Fluent English; Portuguese mandatory; Spanish or French advantageous
