Job Description
Kinstellar Bratislava is recruiting an Advokát for its Employment Law practice. You will advise multinational employers operating in Slovakia on all aspects of the Zákonník práce (Labour Code), collective bargaining, restructuring, and workforce compliance from our Bratislava Old Town office.
Slovakia's manufacturing-heavy economy, driven by automotive giants like Volkswagen, Kia, and Stellantis, creates complex employment law needs. This role involves advising on mass redundancies, works council consultations, posted workers, and cross-border employee transfers within the EU single market.
Responsibilities
Advise multinational employers on Slovak employment law compliance. Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and internal regulations. Handle collective bargaining and works council consultations. Manage employment disputes before Slovak courts. Support restructuring, mass redundancies, and TUPE transfers. Advise on posted workers and cross-border employment within the EU.
Requirements
SAK-registered Advokát with 3-5 years of employment law experience. Expert knowledge of the Zákonník práce and Slovak collective labour law. Experience with trade union negotiations and employment litigation before Slovak labour courts. Fluent Slovak and English; German advantageous.
