Senior Advokát – Corporate and M&A

Kinstellar Bratislava, one of the leading CEE-focused law firms, is seeking a Senior Advokát for its Corporate and M&A practice. Based in our Bratislava office in the Old Town, you will lead cross-border transactions, advise on acquisitions governed by the Obchodný zákonník (Commercial Code) and Zákon o obchodných spoločnostiach, and represent clients before the Obchodný register (Commercial Register).

Kinstellar handles some of the most significant corporate deals in the Slovak market. You will work alongside partners advising private equity funds, multinational corporations, and Slovak industrial groups on complex transactions. Slovakia's position as a Eurozone member since 2009 and its strong automotive sector create a dynamic M&A environment.
