Job Description
Handle property transactions, land title registrations, and real estate development agreements at one of Ghana's pioneer law firms. Work on commercial real estate, land acquisition, and conveyancing matters.
Responsibilities
Draft and review sale and lease agreements for commercial properties. Conduct title searches at the Lands Commission. Advise on land registration and property development compliance. Handle conveyancing transactions for corporate clients.
Requirements
LLB from a recognized university. Called to the Ghana Bar. 2-4 years experience in real estate, property, or conveyancing law. Knowledge of Land Act 2020 and Lands Commission procedures.
