Job Description
ENSafrica Ghana is looking for a Tax Associate to join its growing tax advisory practice. Work on complex tax structuring, transfer pricing, and cross-border tax planning matters for multinational clients.
Responsibilities
Advise clients on tax implications of business transactions. Prepare tax opinions and rulings applications. Support tax disputes and appeals before the Tax Appeals Tribunal. Conduct tax due diligence for M&A transactions.
Requirements
LLB from a recognized university. Called to the Ghana Bar. 2-4 years experience in tax law or tax advisory. Knowledge of Ghana Income Tax Act and transfer pricing regulations preferred.
