Avocat Junior en M&A/Private Equity

Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier, one of France's most elite boutique firms located on avenue Raymond Poincare in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, is seeking a Junior Avocat to join its renowned M&A and Private Equity practice. You will work on France's most significant corporate transactions alongside partners who are recognized leaders in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist on complex M&A transactions, public takeovers, and private equity deals under French law
• Draft share purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, and corporate documentation
• Conduct legal due diligence on target companies under the Code de commerce
• Prepare AMF filings and regulatory submissions for public transactions
• Research French corporate law and securities regulation

Requirements

• Master 2 in Business Law (Droit des affaires) from Paris I, Paris II, HEC, or Sciences Po
• Passed the CRFPA exam and completed the EFB (Ecole de Formation du Barreau)
• 0-2 years PQE; exceptional academic credentials required
• Fluent French and English; strong analytical and drafting skills
• Previous stage at a top-tier firm preferred
