Job Description

This role provides oversight for compliance and regulatory processes within an operational environment, ensuring adherence to established controls, policies, and audit standards. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, monitoring requirements, supporting audit activities, and reviewing workflows to ensure consistency and compliance. The position also contributes to process improvement and documentation efforts, including developing and updating procedures, as well as supporting reporting and data tracking initiatives. This fully on-site role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and prior experience in compliance or audit functions, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured, fast-paced environment.

This role will require Government Agency (baseline) clearance before start date.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically one to two years of related experience, preferably in regulatory compliance activities

Preferred Skills/Experience
- Basic knowledge of government and regulatory laws and regulations
- Basic knowledge of U.S. Bancorp operations, policies and procedures
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to research and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Location expectations 

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location for all scheduled work days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $60,435.00 - $71,100.00
