Job Description
airBaltic is seeking a Commercial Contracts Manager to oversee the airline's commercial agreements including ground handling, catering, fuel supply, and codeshare partnerships. You will ensure contractual terms protect the airline's interests across its European network.
Responsibilities
Negotiate and manage ground handling and airport services agreements across airBaltic's network. Draft and review fuel supply, catering, and maintenance contracts. Oversee codeshare and interline agreements with partner airlines. Manage contract lifecycle including renewals, amendments, and dispute resolution.
Requirements
Master's degree in law or business. 3-6 years of experience in commercial contracts, preferably in aviation or transport. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Knowledge of IATA standards and EU procurement rules. Fluent in Latvian and English.
