Purpose: We are seeking a technically able and commercially aware Solicitor/FCILEx to work within Lyons Davidson’s Contract Resolution Group, which forms part of Lyons Davidson’s Civil Litigation Division. The caseload would be made up of technically complex Claimant and Defendant contractual claims, including but not limited to: commercial Contracts, consumer contracts, misrepresentation, professional negligence, and building disputes.
