Role Overview

This role will serve as a key operational partner to the Head of NA Securities Finance Compliance & Compliance Operations, supporting day-to-day compliance operations, metric reporting, centralization initiatives, evolving capabilities related to regulatory change and AI-enabled process optimization. This is a growth role offering mentorship from senior leadership and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic compliance function – ideal for a self-starter who is hungry to learn and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Support compliance operations, metric reporting, and centralization initiatives across Banking & Markets (B&M) Compliance

• Support the integration of emerging technologies (e.g., AI-driven analytics) and evolving regulatory requirements into compliance operations to enhance efficiency, transparency, and scalability of the control environment

• Build and maintain metric dashboards and reporting in Power BI or equivalent to support leadership updates

• Coordinate compliance projects and workstreams – including the Compliance Risk Assessment for B&M Compliance

• Manage ongoing registration and licensing processes and serve as a resource to the Head of NA Securities Finance Compliance & Compliance Operations

• Prepare and distribute the twice-monthly Compliance Connect newsletter

• Proactively manage deliverables and dependencies, anticipating potential issues, escalating roadblocks in a timely manner, and driving resolution with an end‑to‑end ownership mindset.

• Support additional initiatives, priorities, and responsibilities as required to ensure the effective execution and resilience of the B&M Compliance function.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of relevant experience in compliance, risk, financial services, or related field

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI or data tools a plus

• Ability to work independently, continuous improvement mindset with strong problem-solving, prioritize effectively, and deliver with minimal supervision

• Stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
