Consultor Jurídico Sénior — Regulação Energética

EDP — Energias de Portugal is seeking a Consultor Jurídico Sénior to join its Legal Department at Avenida 24 de Julho in Lisbon. You will advise on energy regulation, renewables project development, and environmental compliance at one of Europe's largest energy utilities, supporting EDP's leadership in Portugal's energy transition under the PNEC 2030.

Principais Responsabilidades

• Advise on energy regulation before ERSE (Entidade Reguladora dos Serviços Energéticos) and DGEG, including tariff frameworks, grid access, and market rules
• Lead legal work on renewable energy project development — wind, solar, and offshore wind — including environmental impact assessment (AIA) under Decreto-Lei n.º 151-B/2013
• Negotiate power purchase agreements (PPAs), EPC contracts, and O&M agreements for renewable projects
• Advise on ESG reporting requirements, EU Taxonomy alignment, and CSRD implementation
• Coordinate with EDP group legal teams in Madrid, São Paulo, and the United States

Requisitos

• Licenciatura or Mestrado em Direito; specialisation in energy or environmental law preferred
• Inscrito na Ordem dos Advogados; 6-9 years PQE in energy, infrastructure, or regulatory law
• Deep knowledge of Portuguese energy regulation (Lei de Bases da Política Energética, ERSE framework)
• Fluent English; Spanish advantageous for group coordination
