Job Description

Rimac Automobili is looking for a Corporate Legal Counsel to support its rapidly growing operations in electric vehicle manufacturing, joint ventures, and international expansion. You will advise on corporate governance, commercial contracts, and regulatory matters in the automotive sector.

Responsibilities

Draft and negotiate commercial contracts with OEM partners and suppliers. Advise on corporate governance, board matters, and shareholder resolutions. Support M&A transactions, joint ventures, and strategic investments. Ensure compliance with EU type-approval and product liability regulations. Manage relationships with external law firms across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

Croatian or EU law degree. 3-5 years of corporate or commercial law experience. Knowledge of Croatian Companies Act and EU product safety regulations. Fluent in English; Croatian proficiency required. Experience in the automotive, technology, or manufacturing sector is highly valued.
