Job Description
Corporate Legal Manager — Vingroup, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi
Vingroup, Vietnam's largest private conglomerate, is looking for a Corporate Legal Manager to join its Group Legal Division at the headquarters in Ba Dinh District, Hanoi. You will oversee legal affairs across Vingroup's diverse business portfolio including Vinhomes (real estate), VinFast (automotive), and Vinmec (healthcare).
This is a high-impact role providing legal leadership for one of Southeast Asia's most dynamic corporate groups.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic legal advice to Vingroup's Board of Directors and senior management
- Oversee M&A transactions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings across subsidiaries
- Manage regulatory filings with the State Securities Commission and Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange
- Review and approve material contracts across Vingroup's subsidiaries
- Lead a team of in-house lawyers and coordinate with external counsel
- Develop legal policies and compliance frameworks for the group
Requirements
- 8-12 years' experience in corporate law, either in-house or at a leading law firm
- Strong knowledge of Luật Doanh nghiệp 2020, Securities Law 2019, and Housing Law 2023
- Experience managing legal teams and external counsel relationships
- Background in real estate, M&A, or capital markets is highly desirable
- Cử nhân Luật; international LLM or MBA is a plus
- Fluent Vietnamese and English; leadership and management skills essential
