Job Description
Real Estate Luật sư — Vingroup (Vinhomes), Ho Chi Minh City
Vinhomes, Vingroup's real estate arm, is seeking a mid-level Luật sư to support its Ho Chi Minh City operations. You will handle legal matters for large-scale residential and commercial property developments, land use rights, and construction contracts.
Vinhomes is Vietnam's largest residential developer. This role places you at the centre of the country's booming real estate market.
Responsibilities
- Draft and review land lease agreements, construction contracts, and apartment sale agreements
- Advise on land use planning approvals and building permits with district and provincial authorities
- Handle land clearance and compensation procedures in coordination with local government
- Support project financing by reviewing security documentation over land use rights
- Ensure compliance with the Real Estate Business Law 2023 and consumer protection obligations
- Liaise with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment on title registration
Requirements
- 4-7 years' PQE in real estate, construction, or property law
- Strong knowledge of Land Law 2024, Housing Law 2023, Real Estate Business Law 2023, and Construction Law 2014
- Experience with land use right certificates (sổ đỏ), land clearance, and compensation procedures
- Familiarity with provincial People's Committee approval processes
- Cử nhân Luật from a recognised university
- Fluent Vietnamese; working English required
